The brokerage is now the first agency in Philadelphia and the surrounding region to offer Homes for Sale, a new patented mobile application powered by Smarter Agent.
Consumers will be able to search almost every listing in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and the state of Delaware, using their personal cell phones, whether it is listed by Prudential Fox & Roach or another broker/agent.
By simply accessing the Smarter Agent cell phone application, the GPS technology pinpoints the location of the user and instantly delivers information on almost any home for sale in that market right to the user’s cell phone, iPhone or BlackBerry device. Sale prices, square footage, property features, tax information and even pictures become available in the palm of your hand.
In addition to one-click searching, consumers can also search by city/state, community, zip code or by entering a specific address.
The application also features a “Call to See” button, which connects the consumer to an experienced Prudential Fox & Roach professional who can answer in-depth questions or schedule a tour of the property.

There, consumers will find a “Go Mobile” tool which will provide instructions on how to send the application to their personal cell phones. Users simply select their cell phone carrier, the make/model of their cell phone and enter their cell phone number. Instantly, the application is sent via text message and downloaded to the cell phone, in the same way as a ringtone or game.

Homes for Sale is available on hundreds of cell phone models on AT&T and Sprint as well as the Blackberry devices across all four major carriers and the iPhone.
